Pushups and Pushups then Run then Pushups.
Today I did 10 sets of 15 pushups at work. 1 set every hour that I remembered. Then took the long way home. I ran 8 miles and 10 pushups every mile, it felt great until about the 6th mile, I started to get tired, but really needed to get the 8 miles in. So I hammered out 8 Miles and 80 pushups in 1:28:14. I am confident I can finish the 15K in 11 days, but really needed to train harder for much longer and harder. It feels really good to have run home today though. I really like the way I feel today, but hope it gets easier to do longer runs at some point. Good night.
