Yesterday nothing too serious a couple sets of crunches and 50 pushups Some stretching to get the hurt out of my legs from the squats.
Today I missed the swim, No cash for the pool and no towel....Excuses excuses. I do not like it. Knocked another almost crossfit run. 40 pushps 20 pullups and 4 miles in 42:40. Not too shabby. I had quite a bit more left in me for the run. The legs are feeling great after breaking up all the lactic acid in them from Sunday. I expect to be 95% tomorrow for the bike/maybe brick.
