Ok so I tried something new today. The old crossfit run. See texafornia.squarespace.com for the actual routine, but the idea is to add in squats and pushups into a run. It is invigorating after you get done you feel beaten and your legs are like jello. I had intentions of going for a run this afternoon also, and gave it a shot however I had to cancel it. My legs are still feeling like rubber, but I will definitely do it again, I felt great afterwards. Core Training tomorrow, I may go for a 5K run also depending on what time I get out of work.
