At lunch swam 750 yards in 21 minutes, but did alot of soul searching on my technique and tried to get more efficient with both side breathing. It is coming along. Worked till 5 but squeezed a quick ride in 16.4 miles in 53:10. Not sure about it, I felt good, but got a bit of discomfort in left hip I will research and post later about it. Got off bike and put running shoes on to find out that the blister on my right foot is still a little open so I need to give it a couple of days. Long slow run on Sunday....Good evening to all and Have a great day tomorrow.
