To core or not to Core

Well I would consider it a core work out mini. I got home form work late, thus the core training got cut short. It included 60 pushups and 40 crunches and 50 torso roller, and a new core ball balancing trick I just tried, not sure if it did anything.
I sit on the ball pick one foot up straight out in front of me and bring my arms out to shoulder height. It is not to much, but depending on how much air you have in your ball it can be more difficult than it sounds. It felt good for my lower abs and quads. Anyhow, More to come.
