No Exercise today. I am a Mechanical Engineer, and It is engineering week coming up. I joined a balsa bridge building competition, and so that took up some of my time. Also it has been crazy cold down here. We will be seeing some incredibly cold weather tonight and I just decided to rest up. Hopefully it will be warm enough for a bike ride tomorrow afternoon and if it stays warm enough I will do a short run.
Other than that work is going well. Work is work and play is play, this weekend is going to be great. I am riding a long ride on Friday with a couple of new guys and I should be feeling it by the time it is over. 10K on Saturday and off to haircut and a wedding in the afternoon it is a full day. Sunday is Tax day, I like it.
