850 Yard swim today in 25 minutes (at lunch). 25:04. Working towards 1000 yards in 25 minutes. I suspect it will be about 1.5 months out. I am getting stronger and the rhythm is really getting somewhere. I hope everyone out there is feeling good and working towards a physical goal, whether it be walking a mile or doing an iron man. It all starts with baby steps and stay positive. If you are not doing anything, get out there and do it.
Added on a 4 mile run tonight. Feeling pretty good. I hope tomorrows brick is awesome.
