01/12/09 Monday is Core Training Day

Total Time: 36 Minutes.

40 Pushups/10 jumping pullups (Too weak to do reall ones, for now)
Countless Exercises On the Ball.

I pretty much did all of the exercises on the link above.

Through in some deep stretching of the hamstring/calves/back/groin and you find me slightly sweaty and ready to eat dinner.
