After 2 days off due to long hours at the work place. I decided to go for a long run and a medium length bike ride.
Run: 7.25 mi in 1:20:00
Bike: 21.85 mi in 1:14:50.
First time running before biking. It felt a little strange, but not too bad main thing I feel is the legth of the run. Probably the longest I have ever run at one time. It was slow, but I added in 10 pushups per mile so that added some time. Workouts are getting longer and easier to find the time to do them. I have been putting in some pretty decent hours. It looks like the tally for this week is somewhere around 6 hours. I would like to do more, but I also worked 70 hours this week. Shorter work weeks make the training hours go up for sure.
